Razed Partners - Affiliate Terms & Conditions

2.1 Registration

To join Razed Partners, you must submit an accurate Affiliate Application. Approval is at Razed's sole discretion. Razed may request reasonable information to confirm identity or eligibility where abuse or fraud is suspected.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility. Notify Razed immediately if you suspect any security breach.

2.3 Participation

Affiliates must actively and honestly promote Razed using approved materials. Multiple accounts, account transfers, or brokering are prohibited without prior written consent.

2.4 Affiliate Website

Your website(s) must comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and GDPR. It must not mislead users into believing it is owned or operated by Razed, nor contain offensive, violent, or illegal content.

2.5 Valid Traffic

You may not self-refer or generate fraudulent traffic (e.g. using bots, fake accounts, or coordinated wagering). Any abusive or dishonest activity results in withheld commissions and possible termination.

2.6 Unsuitable Platforms

Razed IP may not appear on sites or platforms that contain illegal, discriminatory, pornographic, or harmful material, or that targets minors.

2.7 Affiliate Links

You may only use official tracking links supplied by Razed. Cloaking, masking, or altering URLs is prohibited.

2.8 Direct Marketing (Email/SMS/Push)

All direct communications (email, SMS, push notification, pop-ups) using Razed IP require prior written approval. You must have verifiable user consent, clearly identify yourself as the sender, and include an unsubscribe link. Any spam or opt-out breach constitutes a material violation.

2.9 Brand Protection

You will not:
(a) bid on or purchase keywords identical or similar to "Razed" or Razed trademarks;
(b) register or use domains, subdomains, or social handles resembling Razed;
(c) use metatags or content designed to mislead users into thinking your site is affiliated with Razed.
Violation allows Razed to withhold commissions and/or terminate this Agreement.

2.10 Custom Creative

All custom creative material (banners, thumbnails, videos, etc.) must be pre-approved in writing by Razed. You may not alter approved creatives without consent.

2.11 Incentives

Cashback, rakeback, or value-back offers are prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Razed.

2.12 Responsible Marketing Standards

Affiliate promotions must not:

• Target or depict minors or vulnerable individuals;
• Encourage excessive play, intoxication, or financial irresponsibility;
• Imply gambling is a solution to personal, financial, or professional problems;
• Present gambling as an investment, job, or social necessity;
• Associate gambling with sexual success, attractiveness, or superiority;
• Promote the use of VPNs or geo-circumvention;
• Feature misleading or unverifiable claims.

Razed may request removal of any content it deems non-compliant, and you must comply immediately.

2.13 Geo Integrity

You must not promote or enable access to Razed in prohibited jurisdictions. Traffic from restricted regions will be excluded from commission calculations.

2.14 Traffic Source Disclosure

On request, you must disclose all traffic sources, including paid ads, social platforms, and networks used. Certain placements (e.g. PPC, brand-adjacent, incentive) require prior written approval. Concealment is considered a material breach.

2.15 Data Protection

You must comply with GDPR and all privacy laws. Personal Data obtained or viewed through Razed must never be stored, compied, or disclosed.

2.16 Anti-Bribery & AML

You must comply with all applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and AML laws, and report any suspicious activity to Razed immediately.

2.17 Non-Disparagement

You must not make or publish any false, misleading, or disparaging statements about Razed, its employees, partners, or brand.

2.18 Costs

You are soley responsible for all costs incurred in meeting your obligations under this Agreement.

2.19 Quality Assurance & Takedown

Razed may review your materials and request edits or deletions at any time. You must comply with any takedown or change request immediately upon notice.

3.1 Promotion Rights

Razed grants a non-exclusive, revocable right to promote Razed.com and refer New Customers under this Agreement.

3.2 Limited License

You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use Razed IP solely for approved promotions.

3.3 Player Data

Affiliates will not access or process any personal data of Razed users.

Razed will:

• Provide approved marketing assets and tracking tools;
• Accurately track referred users and their activity;
• Make commission reports available via the affiliate dashboard;
• Pay commissions in accordance with Section 5.

5.1 Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated monthly in arrears based on the agreed Commission Structure.

5.2 Payment Schedule

Payments are made by the 10th of each following month for the prior month's earnings, subject to review and compliance.

5.3 Verification Prior to Payout (Risk-Based)

Razed may request reasonable information only where there is a good-faith suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, AML/financial crime risk, or material breach, or where required by law. If such information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, Razed may suspend the specific payout until resolved.

5.4 Proportionality

Any verification requested will be proportionate to the identified risk and limited to what is reasonably necessary.

5.5 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100 USD (or equivalent).

5.6 Adjustments & Errors

Razed reserves the right to correct calculation errors or recover overpayments at any time.

5.7 Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

5.8 Commission Exclusions

No commission is payable for:

• Self-referrals or affiliate-linked accounts;
• Family, staff, or associates;
• Pre-existing Razed users;
• Users who fail KYC, are underage, or reside in banned geos;
• Fraudulent, bonus-abuse, arbitrage, or incentivized traffic without written approval.

7.1 Term

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.

7.2 Immediate Termination

Razed may terminate immediately for breach, fraud, reputational harm, or suspected illegality. Razed may also report such matters to authorities. Upon termination, all affiliate rights cease, links must be removed, and commissions for post-termination traffic will not be payable.

7.3 Post-Termination Obligations

Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Razed materials and return or destroy any confidential information in your possession.

9.1 Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Razed, its affiliates, employees, and directors from all losses, claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach, negligence, or misuse of Razed IP.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

Razed will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Razed's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.3 Disclaimer

Razed makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Affiliate Program or its functionality. In the event of reporting discrepancies, Razed's internal database shall prevail.

Notices. Notices are effective when sent by email to the addresses used for ordinary communications between the Parties and are deemed received the next business day.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all prior discussions or proposals regarding the Affiliate Program.

Assignment. Affiliates may not assign or transfer this Agreement without Razed's written consent; Razed may assign to any group company.

Severability & Non-Waiver. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. No failure to enforce constitutes a waiver.

Independent Contractors. The Parties act as independent contractors. Nothing herein creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
